placed two orders in two days. Paid 30.00 in shipping because there was no ship to store service for the items I ordered.
Received both today… Opened the boxes and not one item that I ordered was in either box. UNBELIEVABLE! Do you think I could contact someone in an attempt to resolve this… NOPE…. the ONLY number there is, is for their "big card." That gentleman tried to help me but there was little he could do except to tell me I can only email them.
Once I take the wrong items back to the local Menards, I will NEVER order from them again. Period. REALLY..
no customer service number, again.. UNBELIEVABLE…
