Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! After 30 minutes of trying to hunt down a phone number for some sort of customer support, I was able to get a hold of John Robert Menard juniors general office phone number 715–8 76–5911.

It was a waste of time! They send you to a recording and insist that you submit all complaints via email or fax there is not really a live person that you can talk to.

The product that was delivered was muddy, torn, screws that were stripped and plastic feeding for the sectional sofa that just broke apart. The brackets there are supposed to keep the sectional together the right side had brackets the left side did not.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sofa.

You don't say that you tried calling the store you bought it from. Did you start by trying to call the corporate office rather than the store? If you skipped the store level, that is who you should be calling as they should be able to help you with your problem.

Yes I did and I ended up talking to the general manager there and that’s why I ended up going to their corporate offices. The next day the GM sent over a gentleman to retrieve the sofa and myself and daughter-in-law had to help him down two flights of stairs with the sofa because they only sent one person. The general manager of this particular store was rude disconnected and now I see why, because there was no repercussions he knew you couldn’t get a hold of his bosses or regionals.
