In PVC plumbing section looking for two fittings for a project.

Girl helping two men with a project they were building "from their head"...had no idea what they wanted or needed.

Waited 14 minutes just watching.

Another couple walks up while I was patiently waiting.

When the two men left SHE HELPS THE NEWLY ARRIVED COUPLE !!!!!

ALSO During this time another girl helped someone else who came there AFTER I DID, even asked the first gal for assistance in her helping the other customer. THEN after she helps that customer she walks right between me and the girl helping the two men and DISAPEARS !!!

COMPLETELY IGNORED !!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE MY SWEET AUNT !!!!!!!

Perhaps Lowe's want some business ??????

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: TRAIN YOU PEOPLE...NOBODY WHOULD BE TREATED AS i WAS ...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....MAYBE LOWE'S NEXT TIME ????.

Please..... Read carefully the world does not revolve around you!

Did you ever speak up and say when you're done helping them I could use some help? Or did you just stand there expecting something magical to happen? Did you even attempt to look for it yourself? I bet you just stood there and got more angry instead of doing something intelligent.

Clearly this worker was very busy at the time. The other associate you saw was from a different department and knew nothing about that area they would have been zero help to you. It's very possible this individual was the only available person in the plumbing department at this time.

Departments are staffed by demand. Regardless please be a better consumer, you can't expect better service if you refuse to learn to become a better consumer.

Seriously, you are complaining about poor service, yet others were being helped?!!??!?! Still sounds like they were providing services to others.

Yes, it sucks that they didn't help you and that the other customers that needed helped just marched right in front of you to get help. Unfortunately, they cannot have a team member for every person that walks through the store and help every one that they encounter.

Now, yes a better way to handle this situation is that she page another team member to help you out while she was dealing with the other people that "cut in front of you" for service. To say that they provided poor service is a very false statement, when you acknowledge that they were helping out others and not standing around talking to other team members or horse playing.
