Was needing help in the carpet area at menards on tuesday night 9/06/2016 at first one employee was walking by kindly stated to her "Mam" she turn around said "what" which not how you greet customer She then turn around continue to walk away refusing to help. Then another store employer came to help but then She became very rude stating that she was involved doing something in the store, not willing to help the customer.
As a customer we know peoples have bad day but if choose to work in this field you can't take things out on the customer and Yes we are Black American that was needing help. There Manager that came to assist and was helpful but these two employee "no respect" to customer.
They made seem that we were at fault but voice tone, rude comment, while greeting customer says a lot from the start. Not a happy customer
