Hi, my husband and I are VERY Upset. We bought a refrigerator from menards back on march 2 2021.
The employee said it would be at the store by March 10th. My husband received an email that it will NOT be here till at least March 31st. And the manager said it probably wont even be then. Im SUPER upset as our fridge is broken and we have 4 daughters and alot of food that went bad because we explained ours broke.
. They are willing to switch to stainless steel one in store but I said ok but can they help with delivery cost since there employee promised us it would be here by today!
And the General manager of Bolingbrook said no they wont. Dont promise a customer something and not follow through.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
