Complaint with an items directions and blueprint

I was told to call the store where I bought the items and talk to them first. I called the Burnsville MN store where I bought the drawer unit and the front face. Spoke to John in Hardware explained my issue. He went and opened up a box to confirm what I had encountered. John called me back and explained what he also discovered and confirmed what I had told him. John then went and contacted the General Manager Mike about the issue. Now that we are in FL and not coming back for sometime Mike was going to review my receipt and figure something out. I will say I am Impressed thenk yiiimpressedwith the service

Complaint settled

Dear Pissed Consumer, I was able to acquire a valid email for Menards customer service. As soon as I sent my complaint to that email address, Menards responded immediately. They have apologized for the communication issue. They emailed a shipping label and the defective item has been shipped back to the factory. They stated that a replacement will be shipped when the defective item is received. So all is good now. Thank you for your assistance. Dwayne Pintoff

Need to ask questions about rebates

Well last year this time of year i was doing a project at my house got really sick and i miss mailing in my rebate receipts and wanted to know if i could send them now and get my rebate refund still i little under the weather but i life to fight and need more Supplies for my contractor as well to finish the project I wanted to know if I can still come by my last year 11% rebate to my new 2021 rebates

Rebate money

My wife accidentally threw away our reabate money thinking it was junk mail. Could you pls send another one it was totally by accident . We bought a new counter top and kitchen sink and i need that rebate money to buy a kitchen faucet and other things needed. Thank you

Checking on rebate

I still have not received my rebate. I checked online and it said it was mailed April 30th. Today is May 20th. If you could please get back with me and let me know when you are sending me another rebate. It was for $38. Sincerely June Alexander yes I would recommend Menards

Regarding the rebate hi there I purchased a lumber to build a deck for $7200 and then I filed a rebate and then I had to change my order The order was not yet deliver soo I had to make some changes to it and something that shouldve been $100 end up costing me $800 And I was told because I file my rebate already I would get the money back but I dont want $1400 in rebates that I have to spend at Menards I am OK with the 700 but Id like to get my other 700 back in a money order or some other Method thank you

Still have had no response nor received a copy of my receipt for my order to submit my rebate form.

Excellent customer service

In todays world people are always ready to complain but I would like to recognize an outstanding employee. Being a single woman and having to do stuff by myself Im often lost when I go into hardware stores. However, Ive made several trips to the Chillicothe Ohio store in the last two weeks and each time the associate that helped me was the same and her name is Trisha. I would have not been able to get everything that I needed done if it had not been for her help. Not only did she help me in the department that shes assigned to but she helped me find everything that I needed in other departments. I work in retail so I know how important good customer services. She did an excellent job.

As first time customer bought $300 worth of backsplash. Waited three weeks went to pick up after being told it was ready for pick up,was not there was told itd be several weeks? Long story short I called next morning mgr on duty went out of his way to get it resolved, eventually they found some at another location and actually had it delivered to my home! So what started out not good at all was handled very well by store management and I would appreciate them being recognized. One manager in particular cant recall his name that I called initially was most helpful. Sincerely David Black

Did not receive Rebate Receipt

I placed an online order 3/11/2021 and picked up the order the same day. I have been checking and double checking my email since then, both my inbox and spam/trash folders, and have not received the rebate receipt. Order # STCF13846
