Did you track your rebate on their web site to see if it had been processed? If this is your first rebate from them there is a good chance you received it and tossed it in the trash.

Their credit checks come as a tightly folded post card with advertising for one of their products on the back.

Unless you look closely you may not notice that it is a folded card and quickly toss is out thinking it is a junk mail advertisement. When you track it, if you see that it was mailed and hasn't been cashed you should request that they re-issue the rebate.

Rebate Not Received

I purchased a Suncast Cloverleaf 7X7 Outdoor Resin Storage Shed on line on 10/22/20 for $849.00 I sent the rebate information in and still have not received my 11% rebate certificate for the item. Here is my online order number #3240**** Any help would be greatly appreciated

i PURCHASED ROOFING MATERIAL FROM MENARDS AND PAID IN FULL $3215.93 DUE TO THE ROOFER GETTING INJURED THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO WORK ON MY ROOF FOR OVER TWO YEARS HE IS AN EXCELLENT ROOFER THAT INSTALLED 6 ROOFS FOR ME (MATERIAL ALL CAME FROM MENARDS). I WENT TO MENARDS THREE TIMES TO PICK UP SHINGLES. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. NO PROBLEM I COULD WAIT. I WAS TOLD THAT SHINGLES WOULD BE IN THE NEXT WEEK. I WENT BACK TO MENARDS. THEY NOW WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER I PAID FOR AND BILL ME THE NEW PRICE. YES ONE MANAGER SAID THEY WOULD MAKE THE ORDER GOOD. I TOLD THEM THEY HAD MY MONEY WHEN I PURCHASED THE SHINGLES. THEY SHOULD MADE THE ORDER GOOD

Your order also says to take you order with you. They aren't a warehouse to let your products sit at until you are ready for them.

The cost of materials has gone up considerably in the past 2 years. You should expect to pay either the current price or an equivalent or what renting a storage spot for 2 years would have been.

Why would any business want you parking in their lot overnight? May stores including Menards preform maintenance on their parking lots at night when there should be no vehicles there.

This would include routine sweeping, repairs as necessary and painting new stripes.

You, trying to save the fees a campground would charge can cause quite an inconvenience for a business. You have no right to park on private property without the owners permission.

Things wrong about this post. 1st off, referring to ppl as foreign not once, but to separate times, does seem very racist.

2nd the upstairs area, is 100% for customers to shop in, everything is supposed to be priced and available.

3rd you complained you couldn't climb all the stairs and they had an elevator. Now for the service, it dies seem to leave quite a bit of room for improvement as team members are supposed to walk you to products whenever available.

Not much they can do if your product is sitting out in the ocean waiting to get unloaded at a port and then get on a truck headed for their warehouse. You might want to see if there is something in stock that you can use and see if they will cancel the order. Otherwise you may not have it installed by Christmas.

Master craft door hinges machined in wrong spot menards device manager said sorry we get some bad ones, I first pulled door of not expecting a bad product, and set up to paint door and frame, went from a 32" to a 36" reframed new header, installed new frame and hung door set up for hardware and found frame latch and door hardware were half inch off, retired carpenter have the skills, so I filled the door hinge beads and remachined to raise door ,because they said oh just bring it back we will exchange lol *** ,so inspect your products sence they don't take the time to do so ,while they are getting paid, lazy uncaring employees. Robert w Thompson pissed off customer. Check

Warranty on product

I bought a de humidifier and it stopped working. I took it back, and they honored the three-year manufacturer warranty that it came with and let me reselect a new one. The new one was only 40 pints vs 45 pints and I had to pay the difference as it was more expensive. So it cost me $28.00 more, but they did stand behind it. Thank you Menards.

Too bad the Chinese make dehumidifiers(and other cheap junk) sold in the United States based on a budget and specs provided to them by US Corporations. Would you go beyond the specs and budget set by your buyer?

Issue staff

I sent a detailed signed letter and wrote email about the same on the 18th of Sept. It was a horrible experience where the store manager abused me, called me names and a criminal. I expect to hear back and that you are doing a proper investigation as he as zero business in a position of command over others. I also asked for some help on an additional purchase I had to make because of the events, please get back to me with the course of action. events. Pleaseo back to

Bad experience with rude lazy employees

I visited the Menards in Grand Forks, ND today. It all started when I was ordering all the lumber I needed, including 1/2x2x8 treated plywood, 2x4 treated boards and 2x2 treated boards. The guy wouldnt even look at a paper that had everything written down and assumed I wanted 1/2x4x8 treated plywood, which I did not. Then the lazy employees in the yard did not want to give any help when asked to. They should have been fired on the spot. I may never return to the Grand Forks store in the future. Bemidji will be the one.

User's recommendation: Look for a different Menards even if you have to travel to another.

Why would you go to another Menards? They all seem to be getting worse and worse.

In the past Menards had the best price but I've often found lower prices at Home Depot or Lowes lately and Menards no longer matches prices at the stores in my area. If you like the 11% rebate you will find that Home Depot also has an 11% rebate available on most in stock items if their store is near a Menards store.

Product problem

They sale 4x4 vinyl post covers and they don't fit. In reality they are only 3.75. so my contractor and his crew tried to use them only breaking them and damaging them. They have been trashed but the more I think about it I'm not eating to cost of these things. They weren't cheap and they should work.!

You should have taken them back for a refund. Don't expect them to give you credit when you have nothing to return to prove they didn't fit.

I'm confused on why they wouldn't have fit? Industry standard 4"x4" is really 3.5"x3.5".

So 3.75" is a quarter inch larger. So big enough to fit.

Upset that my order was not correct!! 18 panels of vinyl fencing was missing from y delivery

Ordered 27 panels of white lattice top fence, got 9!!! Did not realize it until this summer. Purchased in summer of 2020. After receiving the fence I decided to buy the wrought iron instead. No way to return it, I sold what I thought I had. Called Menard in Shilo, IL sent emails to corporate and was referred back to Shilo. Said there is no paper trail I have all receipts!!!

I was shorted 3 bags of building materials. I paid for 12 received 9. I was told the tape film shows me receiving 12. This is a lie. Untrustworthy employees and company.
