Menards in Poplar Bluff, Missouri - My Experience was and still is horrible

I ordered cabinets that were special designed for me. I have all the paperwork that I was given. The design plans were done incorrectly and now the store is not wanting to help resolve this issue. Not only will they not help, but the employees including the general Manager Gary has been extremely rude not only to me but my Office Manager. I would appreciate a call to discuss this with someone considering this incident is too much to type. Please call me Christopher Bullock 573-717-5469.

I never got mine either. Mailed mine and the wife’s same day. She got hers for 4 dollars but I never received mine that should have been around 80.

Open your eyes when you shop. They have signs spread out throughout the gas powered equipment displays saying you can't return them and they have to be taken to a repair shop.

The reason for this is the manufacturers are tired of taking things back that can't follow directions. Stale gas, lack of oil, the wrong mix of oil etc can cause an engine not to start. If the problem isn't one caused by the consumer they will repair it or if unrepeatable give you a statement saying so and the store will replace it.

This is fairly standard when you buy at a big box discount store. If you pay a little more and buy your gas powered equipment at a full service dealer they will have put gas in it, show you how to start it and show you that it actually works before you leave the store.

It's absolutely as they describe/advertise! You just have to READ the description/advertisement for yourself!

Every time they have their rebate advertised in print, there is a description of exactly what you will get. Read it.

You should have listened to the first employee. Just look at your picking ticket.

It says to take your product today as it may not be there later. Did you really think they were going to pull your order and set it aside for you? Look around you. Does their store look like a warehouse full of orders waiting for people to pick up.

They don't have a staff of people to pull your product. They have a self service lumber yard and yes, you pick your own product. The only way they will pull your order is if you PAY for delivery. A portion of the delivery charge covers the cost of having someone pull your order.

I doubt that you are going to find other stores that are going to assemble your order for you.

You may find others with more assistance in pulling your order but you will pay more for your product. Somehow you have totally unrealistic expectations for a big box discount store.

Have you bothered to try tracking your rebate? You can either use the web address on the rebate form or go to Menards.com and use the rebate tracker there.

Are you new to Menards Rebates?

If you are, are you aware that the credit check comes as a folded post card with an ad on the back? Is it possible it came and you threw it away thinking it was an ad without looking at it?

Is the rust only the bottom? A picture would make it easier to determine what might be causing rust issues.

Only in one location makes me think it wasnt cut at the factory. If its on the edges and not through out the sheet, thats usually caused, but cut the metal with a saw, rather than shears.
