Your best bet is to contact US Stove who makes the stove. You can easily fin them on-line.

Find out which board you need for sure (looks like it might be part 80778) from them.

Before you order from them at list price check for a better price on-line. Amazon has it for quite a bit less than their list price.

Absolutely no customer service outside low level store employees. 0 accountability as a company. No available avenues to complain or even talk to anyone about obtuse and out of touch corporate policy

You are wasting your time trying to talk to anyone in this company. They just dont care about you or your needs after youve made a purchase. They keep warehouses less than four hours away from our location but it takes them two weeks to get parts and orders to you. Menards is probably the worst corporation in history when it comes to customer service. They have none at all!

So what if they have a warehouse 4 hours from your store. The item you ordered may not be stocked in one of their warehouses.

Even if it was an item normally stocked in one of their warehouses it is very possible that the warehouse is out of stock as well. Anyone who has paid the slightest attention to the news should be aware of the supply chain problems occurring now.

Shipping policy

I would like to know after I order and pay some thing that sits in a distribution hub less than four hours away from me why it takes Menards two weeks to get it to me!? This is outrageous and unreasonable. It seems to me like the corporate board at Menards is out of touch with what the customer wants and needs and is only worried about financial bottom lines rather than customer satisfaction. Other companies can get the materials I order within days when they are even out of country. With Menards it takes you guys two weeks to get some thing thats at a distribution hub for hours away. This is absolutely unacceptable

User's recommendation: But customer satisfaction first and stop worrying about lining the pockets of your board members.

How do you know it is sitting in a distribution center? You obviously know little about the structure of Menards thinking there is a corporate board running things. Menards is a privately held company and the owner is the only person who's opinion counts.

You leave out a lot of information. Were they ordered at the store or on line.

When you say they were shipped does this mean from the manufacturer to the store or from the store to you? If they were shipped to you did you ask for the shipper and tracking number? Keep in mind that we are in a time of product shortages and shipping delays. I'm waiting on a delivery for another company that should have taken Fedex.

2 days to get to me.

It left Kansas and has been sitting in Iowa now for 3 days with no expected delivery date. It isn't always the retailers fault when products are delayed.

Even if you had multiple gallons mixed at the same time they may not be a perfect match. If you have ever bothered to read the directions on a can of paint you will find that it says to intermix containers of the same product to assure color and sheen uniformity.

The tint bases may vary slightly, the tint coming out of the dispenser may come out in a slightly different amount (fractions of an ounce can make a difference) and other factors. If multiple cans mixed at the same time can vary the chances of even a paint color matched to a sample may not be a perfect match good enough for a touch up. If you don't have paint left over for touch ups it isn't unreasonable to expect to repaint an entire wall for uniformity. New paint may have a different sheen than a weathered paint making it appear that the colors are different as well.

They owe you nothing, sounds like they have gone above and beyond re-mixing paint multiple times. Your expectations are a bit unreasonable.

Those is Rick Meisenheimer and have have sent in more than one rebate and have received nothing. I have quit mailing them in and have read numerous accounts that your rebate is a scam and now I believe it

Chances are that you got them and threw them away. They come as a tightly folded postcard with an ad on the back.

If you don't look at them closely you will quickly throw them in the trash.

Go to their web site and track them on-line. If they have been mailed but not redeemed you can ask that they re-send them.

Were you trying to place an. order on-line?

First of all they have outrageous shipping and handling charges for on-line orders. Second, the bag sale is good in-store only and doesn't apply to on-line orders.

Did you track it on their web site to see if it was mailed? If it was and hasn't been redeemed you could try asking them to re-send it.

You need to know that it comes as a folded post card with advertising on the back. If you don't look closely it is very easy to toss it out as junk mail.

Do you really expect retail stores to stock replacement parts for everything they sell? They just don't have room for them.

It's a good idea to see exactly what a warranty covers before you purchase a product. In your case a service plan with a local utility that covers the furnace, water heater, air conditioner and appliances might be a good investment.
