Process Fee

I get charged a processing fee in order was not even processed it was the wrong order and it was returned so I was requesting that my money for the processing fee be returned because the order was incorrect.

Receipt

Was unable to look up old receipt from rebate. If things dont change Ill shop elsewhere. You have to have old card number and expiration date. If you dont have your screwed.

Bad experience with rude lazy employees

I visited the Menards in Grand Forks, ND today. It all started when I was ordering all the lumber I needed, including 1/2x2x8 treated plywood, 2x4 treated boards and 2x2 treated boards. The guy wouldnt even look at a paper that had everything written down and assumed I wanted 1/2x4x8 treated plywood, which I did not. Then the lazy employees in the yard did not want to give any help when asked to. They should have been fired on the spot. I may never return to the Grand Forks store in the future. Bemidji will be the one.

User's recommendation: Look for a different Menards even if you have to travel to another.

Why would you go to another Menards? They all seem to be getting worse and worse.

In the past Menards had the best price but I've often found lower prices at Home Depot or Lowes lately and Menards no longer matches prices at the stores in my area. If you like the 11% rebate you will find that Home Depot also has an 11% rebate available on most in stock items if their store is near a Menards store.

Worst Company in the Country

This is one of the worst Company in USA.Place an order #CLYB18569 A battery for my car .After i p[ace the order i have a eemail that my order was item was on back order .The say when they have it on stock will call me to pickup.10 days later i have an email to pickup my order .Went to pickup and the have send me the wrong mercandise even the stock number was different .I ask for refund i got my refund and even when they make a mistake they still charge $150 for service charge .I will never again order anything from Menard ane i will not reccomend them to nobody they are really

Refund issues

About my refund after 90 days I ordered edger brick back in 6 15 2021 and they told me 6 to 8 weeks before it would come in and I called twice because they never contacted me so when I went to go get my my refund after the 90 days which is only 7 days after the 90 they wanted to tell me I could only spend my refund at menards. I dont need anybody tell me where I can spend my money I earned not at anybody store or anywhere else even with the government

Is the Special order Number still the same?If not, I would guess that Jeldwin said they placed them on a truck. Jeldwin ships a full semi trailer full of windows and patios doors that make many stops along the way.

At various stores, so depending on your stop number, either the windows where damaged or more likely no on the truck when it was received at the store.

If so they would of had to reorder these for you. That being said, they obviously should have contacted you if they did a reorder, but you would be able to tell, because the order number would not be the same as on your original purchase

Can't manage my rebate after many tries and I really do need assistance.

Have me listed in your records with wrong email address and wrong city. Have tried to correct these mistakes but your system will not accept the corrections I am not receiving 2 different rebates on $865.00 worth of air stone and 4 containers of adhesive because of this inaccuracy. Have tried to seek help but, I have not received it. any so far none ur employees employees have helped.can or won't help me.

Did you fill out the form and mail it to to the address on the form? If so they are taking 3weeks based on rebates I submitted on August 22 and 28th.

Both of which I have already received. They do look like a postcard advertisement, that are sealed with the rebate amount inside.

Unsafe work environment

I am going to look into legal action Because someone grabbed me and threatened me I don't feel safe at my work place no one told me anything as far as I know all he did was get a write up

Legally they aren't allowed to discuss any sort of action taken against another employee. That being said, was there witnesses, was it on camera?

They have to do a full investigation at an employer when ever an incident is reported. So maybe they did more.

Or maybe they didn't find any evidence or witnesses. Or of course there is the possibility they didn't do investigation, but it's unlikely.

Earlier this year I was in the same situation where the lawnmower failed on its maiden voyage. I fill it up with gas to use, the engine refuses to start after 8 pulls, so I go back to look at the manual and 2 minutes gas starts leaking from the filter area, I clean the mess, and after 3 more pulls the @#@#@ rope refuses to retract.

I call menards and they tell me to go some place 120 miles away 1 way and they refuse to help me otherwise. I call the repair store and they tell me its 3 weeks repair time and need $50 deposit regardless of when I purchased the item. Feeling backed in the corner I call my credit card company to dispute the lawn mower purchase. After explaining the situation they sent me a form which I was instructed to have the menards return clerk sign stating they have possession of the mower.

I took the mower back to menards and started getting all types of finger pointing and complaining from the staff, I said all I need is someone to sign this form and you keep the mower. The one clerk regrettably signed the form starting the store has the mower.

I faxed the form to my credit card company and they issued the reimbursement by withholding the original transaction to menards. Instead of buying a new mower a neighbor of mine sold me their old one for $50.00 and has worked great all season long.

So bulk pricing won't work for you but another Vedder will?

I i went to the contractor desk talked to a guy ready to spend around $5000 to start he starts looking up what i wanted lost as a fish in the desert answers the phone and walks off. I'm rebuilding from a tornado and sorry my time is not worth it I spend $5000 or more a week money just shuffled to home depot where people are answered to so my total order was $8798 at ABC supply and I still need 400 pieces your loss i know I won't get a response but bulk pricing and a yep not happening from a manager named Kyle said cant help you lol I'm building a new home for someone else and won't spend a dime there local vendors because service and pricing else and we won't spend a dime there

Glacier water

I have purchased this water before, this time it was different, tasted as if someone got it from the fountain at home and sealed it. .the wrappers were all off some were filled some were not..will .never purchase again...

Backordered item

I received an email stating my order, #MCOM3648****, is on backorder and the vendor wants to know if I still want the item. YES, I still want this chandelier!!!! I don't care if it's on backorder, I will gladly wait till it is available. Please make certain the vendor gets my message.

My backordered item when it becomes available.

Bad customer service

Paid for an order Aug. 17 and Menards did not order it until the 23rd of August. Waited until Sept. 7 and called and no one knew where my order was or is. Finally, the general manager told the head of dept to call me, and he told me the supplier told him my order would take another 7 to 9 weeks to get to store. There is no quality or service as per what their website says
