I purchased a brand new generator 1 A week later it failed to start and still will not start to this day in order to return it they want me to drive 30 miles to their authorized service center pay them to look at it and if they deem that it is unrepairable and the service center signs off on it they will accept the return I feel just like I think any other consumer that if you purchase an item from a store and it is defective that stores Obligation is to take that defective item back without hassle I should not have to pay some service center to tell me what I already know but I already know and when I could prove to the store by attempting to start in front of them In what world do somebody sell something and then it costs you money to get the junkk item they sold you return. It's a scam and it should not be legal responsible for taking back their defective item and making things right
