I looked up the status of my rebate and the total amount should have been $100 ($10 for each door, purchased 10 doors). You issued a check 9/17/15 for $60.00 (check XXXXXX2727).

Receipt #2890000600006993542216330902 dated 8/2/15 @ 12:08PM I purchased 8 doors; Receipt #2890000200007010842216330907 dated 8/2/15 @ 6:54PM I purchased 2 doors for a total of 10 doors. Please review this rebate again and explain how you came up with $60 when the rebate specifies 'No Limit on Primed Woodgrain 6-Panel Prehung Door per rebate certificate'.

I am entitled to an additional $40 on this rebate. Please send explanation to my email address 'dmckoski@aol.com'.

Only one rebate per address. If you made two transactions you needed to send the second rebate to another address.

I'd guess there was a limit on how many you can get rebate on. Always read first

My guess is that you returned or exchanged 4 of the doors. Retuning items or exchanging them for items of a different price will void the rebate on the returned items.
