Purchased unit because i have a large family and Menards has washers in stock. Persuaded to buy LG because of 10 yr warranty.
11 days later washer breaks, it will NOT work. Menards will not take back washer, was told they can't because they won't be able to resell used washer. I said, send it back to LG as defective, they told me they couldn't and that they would call LG for me.
I have not had any service on the unit now for over 11 days. Broke 11 days after purchase and now been sitting with water in it for 11 days with NO SERVICE
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $719.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Menards Cons: Refund policy, Poor customer service, Response of corporate management.
