The past three rebates I have sent into Menard's rebate center have all shown up missing or sent back with wrong numbers. I believe that they have a problem and corporate needs to address this before it gets worse.
I don't believe that they are set up to handle the flood of rebates being sent in.
If this is the case, Menards need to stop having their 11% off rebate until they can get this mess straightened out. I have tried to communicate with the Rebate Center, but they are very slow in responding to emails, and their on-line chat personnel are worthless.
