Ordered and paid for tile for bathroom renovation on Aug 16 with estimated Sept 1 delivery date. Received email on Aug 21 indicating ship date was Sept 4.

Went into the store on Sept 5 to verify new delivery date as there was no delivery date indicated on Menard's website and tile was needed for installation on Sept 12. Finally received phone message that supplier had tile on backorder with expected ship date for Sept 24.

I should have been informed 2-3 weeks ago that the order could not be shipped/delivered on the date I had been told. Cancelled the order!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Wow; your joke is pathetic and you're sick.


The floor tile was accidentally shipped to the chesterfield township MI menards stores and stored away on a high pallet rack. Tile was unfortunately damaged causing extended lead time.
