BOUGHT A POLE BARN THROUGH MENARDS,NEVER AGAIN & I'M WARNING ALL TO SHOP ELSEWARE,1ST GUY I DEALT WITH VERY HELPFUL & KNOWLEGEABLE,SET EVERYTHING UP,RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PAY FOR IT,HAD A LADY THAT WAITED ON ME THAT SHOULD NOT OF BEEN IN THAT DEPARTMENT,SHE DECIDED TO CHANGE MY ORDER,OR DIDN'T NO WHICH KEYS TO PUSH,DELETED THINGS THAT WERE NEEDED.HAD TO MAKE MULTIPLE TRIPS BACK TO STORE,ALOT OF TIME SPENT ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.CHARGED ME FOR TWO TRUCK LOADS,COULD OF DONE IN ONE-PAID EXTRA FOR THIS.OPENED UP THE PURLINS & OTHER WOOD THAT WAS WRAPPED,ALOT OF IT SHAPED LIKE AN S OR A C.CALLEED THEM THEY SAIS TO BRING IT BACK FOR EXCHANGE,MY RESPONSE WAS WHY SEND IT IN THE FIRST PLACE,20' LONG TIMBER IS A PAIN TO TRANSPORT.STEEL ENTRY DOOR DAMAGED,BOTH GARAGE DOORS DAMAGED,USING UP MY REBATE MONEY & MENARDS WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A POLE BARN,DO WHAT YA WANT BUT IT WOULD OF BEEN WORTH THE 2,000 MORE AT LOCAL LUMBER YARD FOR THERE KIT-GOOD LUCK

PS WHAT SHE DELETED FROM ORDER WAS HARDARE KIT,SO I HAD NO NAILS TO PUT IT UP WITH,I CALLED & ASKED THEM IF I WAS SUPPOSED TO GLUE IT TOGETHER??
