You don't say but I would assume the labels on the boxes showed the correct cabinets and colors or you wouldn't have bothered taking them home. Did you confirm the color on your order form is correct?

The way Menards order process works is that a copy of the order you have in your hand is transmitted directly to the manufacturer as soon as you pay for it. If a different color was shipped it would be the fault of the manufacturer. As Menards doesn't manufacturer the cabinets all they can do is re-order them. The sizes and colors you needed obviously are not a stock item or you wouldn't have special ordered the cabinets in the first place.

If you are looking for compensation for you delay file a claim with the manufacturer. You can get a form to do that at Menards.

A few things to dispute here. I doubt you have been working in construction for 20 years as you don't know the difference between a flush and a 6 panel door.

Flush doors are flat, they have no panels. Depending on how busy the store was, you may have to wait at times to get doors pulled. Why didn't you look at the doors as they were being loaded? If they were damaged you should have noticed it and had other doors loaded.

My guess is that you had an attitude when you returned them and got off on the wrong foot with their employees. You'll be treated a lot better if you calmly explain the situation and what you want rather than going in and acting like a jerk.

This was a grand opening and my first time at the store so I had no idea how many cards they would have. I had intentions of spending several hundred dollars at the store and I was not able to do so because they lacked a riding cart.

I am a businessman so I do understand the concept of providing these carts as an expense. However a overly large stores such as Menards is almost impossible for me to navigate without a cart.I can walk normal distances but I am unable to walk the entire size of that store. What I don't understand is how this became a public post when that was intended only for Menards customer service.

I am in my 60s and I wanted to call them but was unable to do so because I could not find a number on their website to call. My goal was to see if they could explain why they chose to have two carts when their competition has four to six carts and to give them a heads up that it might be profitable for their business to help people like me that spend large amounts of money in these stores to have a means to do so.

I buy from Menards on a regular basis because they are close to my home and we get rebates all the time. Have NEVER had an issue getting one back.

I would be willing to be that most people complaining don't notice the card that comes in the mail because it isn't in an envelope and just toss it away. Pay attention if you know you have something coming.

How do you content a lawyer? If you can't post a proper complaint explaining your problem and what your expected outcome how can you expect a lawyer to take you seriously?

If you have a problem, spell it out in a way that people can understand. They will let you know if you are reasonable or not.

Receipts go a long way no matter where you shop. You are returning a product that has been discontinued and you have nothing to show what you paid for it.

We all know black Friday deals are heavily discounted and the price may have even dropped more when it was discontinued. Without a receipt they have no idea of what you paid for it, if you paid for it at all.

Had you brought a receipt you would have been give a refund in the method you used to pay for it. Don't blame stores for your lack of a receipt.

Catches a break buying 75 stones marked 31% cheaper than the actual price because of an error, gets it acknowledged and awarded the incorrect price because of a mistake.

Tries to extend the same deal to a secondary purchase for 3 stones, even tries to involve the SAME GUY as before and is denied because, surprise surprise, they know about it and remembered it was you that pointed it out.

Denied for trying to be a miserly ***.

Better *** about it on the internet because you didn't save that additional $1.20 after you they already gave you a deal 30 dollars in your favor when they didn't have to. Some people are just implacable.

Menard's likes to have their 11% rebate deals often, knowing full well it is a money-maker for them. I only shop there when I see something actually on sale, with no rebates.

They have a nice store, but are none too swift when it comes to having enough lanes open for checkout. But, yes their rebates are nothing but a scam.
