Did you ever stop to think that they were helping someone that was in the store ready to spend their money? I hate nothing more than being in a store and having the salesperson start talking to someone on the phone.

If they don't put the call on hold and finish my transaction I'll go somewhere else and make my purchase. Why do you feel your phone call is more important than the person that took their time to go into the store and make a purchase?


THANK YOU!!! There is almost nothing that can't be handled or answered online anymore, even though their site isn't the best and might fail usability testing. I never understood why drive-through windows got priority over people who got out of their car and I certainly don't understand why someone who cannot spend their money over the phone thinks they should be able to take priority over those who are in the store.
