Menards - Need to get information in regard to a FOIA request for public records

New ReviewerWe have received a FOIA request for public records for the Village of Gardner, Menards account #3215****. This request is for all receipts, cash and charge, for Menards from years 2014-****.
While we have information regarding charges that we have paid with a Village check, we don't have anything for which a cash purchase was made.
Would you have a way of providing records of any purchases made using the Village account number, whether billed to the Village or with a credit card or cash? This is critical, as we must respond to the FOIA no later than 5/20/21.
Preferred solution: Information in order to respond to a FOIA request regarding our account.
Menards Pros: Good values on most products.
Menards Cons: Impossible to speak to real person at corporate office.

My first call was to the local store manager. They said that after six months records are sent to the main office and suggested that I call them. There is no phone number on the main website, the customer service number rang at least 15 times with no answer.
Where would the cash or credit card have come from that paid for anything for use by the village?
Why wouldn't you contact the store manager at the store rather than posting on a complaint site not related to the company?
