I purchased a wood burning stove on 11-20-17 on line, there web site stated delivery 11-28-17 I didn't get the stove till 12-06-17..every time I sent a email asking where my item is all I would get is Thank you for your email your product is on its way please use tracking # for more info...DUH as if I didn't know what or how a tracking # works..it never gave me any info is the reason I sent over 6 emails. Very aggravating Menards web site with very little to no answers to your questions nor did anybody try to apologize.

What a dumb @ss. They obviously shipped it if they provided a tracking number.

It's kind of out of their hands once the shipping company has it. You could have contacted the shipping company with the tracking number to find out what the status and delay was.
