I would just like to know why menards has no customer service representatives to talk with at their rebate center.Today i had a 50.00 rebate and when i went to use it at menards they said it was void. I have seen several complaints on the internet about this problem.There was no reason why this rebate should have been void.

It seems that they take your biggest rebate and play games with it.I think maybe they need to get a better system. I would also like to know why there are several complaints about this. It is funny that they took all the small rebates but the one big one they void it. I think something should be done about the games that are being played on the customers these days.

It seems alot of them are doing it. They give you the runaround and make it extremely difficult on purpose so you get frustrated and just give up.

no rebate,no land line phone number.

this companys policy of working with the publick stinks! i will shop elsewhere from now on.


Menards does not have a rebate center. is the company that handles the rebates.

Most rebates are actualy delt out by the vendors even. The vendors give stipulations such as so many items per rebate, no price adjustments after the fact, or no returns, plus rebate has to be turned in by such time.
