On Feb 26, 2012 we purchased a $2999 UTV in the Forsyth, Il Menards. No delivery after two weeks.

Checked with store, indicated a UTV was on its way from another store. Arrived. Was old and rusty. Store called and emailed to send another.

Another two weeks, Visited the store and requested that they request again. Nothing happened, visited the store, they emailed their source again. Time goes on--remember Menards has our dollars. Eventually we start over.

Yesterday, April 17 another UTV arrived from another Menards--guess what? dented in various areas. We are now in negotiation for an in stock higher priced vehicle--almost 2 months after this mess started.

Everyone is kind in Forsyth, but progress has not occurred. Solution??????????

That's a tough one. Get you're money back and go buy a better one at a sports shop!

Gee i wonder why the ones you recieve are rusted or damaged? Perhaps since they been in the garden center over the winter exposed to the elements?

Keep in mind as this is an offbrand generic item with generic engine so parts acces is zero. Also if very few are sold I would be extrmently concenrned what service place will even touch this gargage

buyer beware

Why would you buy one of these from Menards and not from a cycle shop? Good luck if you so much as need a single nut or bolt for this.

I'd be willing to bet every unit you have seen have been floor models. Tell them you want one In a crate, un-assembled, that's the only way you're going to get it truly brand new.

Menards UTV's are horrible.

It's a piece of junk made over sea.

Cheap price, you bet.. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I would never buy any specialty items from Menards. They buy in bulk and refuse to pay top dollar for good stuff.
