June in Summer and yard and landscaping season and 11 am the garden center is not open You have to drag all your items to the front to check out. 10 bags of lava rocks and other items then they have no one to help load your Cecile after no help getting in cart.

Home Depot will get my business from here on out.

The poorest service ever, but all the employees setting behind the counter laughing and not doing *** was having a good old time.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Midland, Texas

Self-service yard bruh. Includes the garden center.

You may not agree with that and depending on the store the staff may be instructed otherwise by the GM, but what do you think corporate actually pushes for? That's right, they want the store to be self-shoppable. And as pointed out, you can't *expect* help if you don't explicitly ask for it, which is what the whole gate guard thing is about (it's really to make sure you don't steal *** or conceal anything in the yard, believe it or not).

The real world doesn't work that way no matter how much you dislike or disagree with that fact or point out how in the old days people cared about each other blah blah blah or whatever.

Let's see dip****. Lowes - no garden center registers.

HD - no garden center registers. New Menards - no garden center registers. Gardening is a seasonal trend. It does not make business sense (which keeps prices low for a**wipes like you) to have a register in the garden center.

Walk your lazy *** another 70 feet and through the store.

And, as a previous commenter inquired, who the *** unloads for you when you get home?? Shut the *** up and sweat a little!!!

Ticket->register->gate guard. Tell gate guard you need help.

-> Big strong guy the Fabio lushish locks gets all hot n sweaty while you watch.

Last guy had it right in that you should probably hire a contractor.

Point 1: Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart it doesnt matter because its all the same. You know why? Google Supply and Demand.

I'll wait.....

Done? Good now look up any economic related news article from the last 200 years...

Done?

Id imagine that you must have an idea at this point; that there are an infinite amount of reasons why this situation happened the way that it happened(all of which demanded by the consumer population).

This situation will happen everytime given the same variables and same perceptions given to each person involved. Point 2:If you cant 'do it yourself' the last place you should be is a 'do it yourself' store.

Most people walking into a big box store realize it is pretty much a self service type of store. This being said, most people would also grab a cart on the way in and be able to load it themselves.

Guess what...no one from Menards or any other store is going to go home with you to unload your vehicle and spread your lava rocks. If you need this kind of help you need to hire a landscape contractor to come out and do the work for you.

Garden center is open. There just was not enough traffic flow to warrant having someone watch that entrance.
