I just recently called Carol in the customer of where is my stuff section. I gotta say that a customer shouldn't feel like they are a bother when I just spent my hard earned money on your product.
Like somehow it's my fault that Menards didn't disclose the actual length of time to receive the product. I'm a foreman in the paving industry and I would never make a customer feel like they were a bother when asked a question reguarding our product. Customer service is almost non-existent these days. It's pathetic and sad!!!
P. S. Menards is misleading in there advertising as well. Birds of a feather flock together I guess.
Customer be damned for asking any questions, just give me your money and go away! What a joke!!!!
