The crooks didn't try to hear my side they cancelled my card after having that card for 14 years and having spent a ton of money there. They were fine, until they starting having Capital one as their servicer for their credit card. This is on Capital One, but Menards doesn't care enough about their customers to resolve any issues that arose

Menards has cap one service their credit cards. Cap one decides that they want to merge all customers cap one acct together.
ALL CAP ONE PEOPLE ARE *** NPONE OF THEM KNOW ANYTHING, BUT TO PASS THE BUCK. THEY WANT YOU TO SET UP A NEW ACCT ONLINE TO VIEW YOUR MENARDS ACCT. THROUGH THEIR SITE. YOU CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR MOUTH WRAPPED AROUND CREDIT WISE THAT NEEDS TO BE DISMANTLED.
CREDIT WISE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MY MENARDS ACCT BUT CAP ONE WANTS TO MAKE IT THAT WAY, BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THEY TAKE FROM CREDIT WISE. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED.
I HAVE A RIGHT TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY O LINE ACCT AND CAP ONE IS NOT DOING ONE THING BUT MAKING EXCUSES TO KEEP THAT FROM HAPPENING. NEITHER COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY AND GREED
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM CAP ONE AND MENARDS CREDIT PROGRAMS, YOU WILL GET SCREWED.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: GIVE ME ACESS TO MY ACCT ONLINE TODAY AND COMPENSATE ME $250 FOR THE 3 HOURS THAT I HAD TO PUT UP WITH THE IGNORANCE AND STUPIDITY FROM BOTH CAPITAL ONE AND MENARDS.
Menards Cons: Worst customer service and servicing card ever.
