On December 12, 2011, I ordered a black toilet seat from Menards on-line. It is now January 6, 2012 and I still have not received this item.
Menards sent me a FedEx tracking number, but the FedEx website says that that number does not exist!!! I just can't believe that something so simple is so difficult to accomplish!
Menard's took my money with no problem, and I am left without out the product that I PAID FOR IN FULL!!! I would have been better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot rather that wasting my time and money using Menard's!!!!!!!!!!!!
