Menards - Managers have no authority to help
Paint that was made buy two different machines didn’t match figured it out next day wanted help buy managers to get reimburst for labor no help and I am one of the big customer.just figure if something goes wrong you are on you own and go luck because you are out of luck thanks menards for nothing .All that I really wanted was for menards managers to write down that it was the machine fault which they told me it was.so I could follow up on the claim obesly they were scared or told theycouldnt,If you need help with any products purchased at menards you are on your own shop with the local lu,bear yards they do help when problems acure
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Menards Cons: Poor manager help.

I take it you have never bothered to read the label of a paint can. First, you will find that it tells you to intermix multiple cans to avoid color and sheen variation.
Even using the same paint dispenser you can find variation from can to can and the tint base may vary as well. Then, if you look at the warranty on the can you will find the product will be replaced but any labor is not covered. I expect they offered to replace the paint which is all they should do.
This isn't just Menards, take a look at a can of Behr paint at Home Depot. If you had followed directions and intermixed the cans of paint you wouldn't be re-painting walls or complaining about Menards.
