We purchased two post lights on line on 5/16/17 and had them shipped to the Manchester, MO. store.
When we received them they turned out to be of poor quality. We returned them the next day and were told that there was a 25% restocking charge. No where during the purchase or check out was there any mention of a restocking charge. We spoke to several managers at the store, including the night manager Ryan who were totally uncooperative and behaved with total lack of caring about the situation at all.
The store has a restocking policy that they point out. If we had known that there was a potential for a 25% restocking charge ($37.50) we would not have purchased the units sight unseen. The store manager refused to waive the restocking fee.
What adds further frustration to the whole affair is that the store is now selling the same lights for $30 less than what we paid 4 days ago. I assume that we could still get 11% rebate on this reduced price.
