This the second time in 1 month I have had bad service. Can't find no one to help or ask questions.then go to customers service for help she wants me run and get the right item.

When we were showed the wrong item and paid for it and walk out to parking lot. The direct tv guy on the floor was more helpful then your staff. What a shame you can not have employees that want to be there and work not be so lazy.

This at Pekin and Peoria store. Not that it matters but I applied never got a response from you and at this point it doesn't matter.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Menards Cons: Biased attitude of employee.

If you were shown the wrong item, why did you pay for it and wait till you got to the parking lot to decide you didn't want it? The person at the service desk can't leave the returns desk to go out in the store and if they did go look for a product they may not bring back what you wanted (you got the first item and couldn't tell it wasn't what you wanted before you paid for it).

There are obviously people working in the store as someone showed you the item you bought in the first place. Sounds like you are just trying to be difficult and expect their employees to know what you want.
