I placed an online order, only to find out a few days later that the item was sent back by Fedex because of damage. I never even saw it.
I contacted Menards (they don't have a phone number for online orders, just email - problem #1). They asked if I wanted a replacement which would take 28 days to ship or a refund. I asked for a refund. They claimed to have issued it, but never did.
I had to finally call my bank to ask them to dispute the claim. What a total waste of my time. The customer service folks kept sending me emails that the credit was issued. It never was.
They LIE, LIE, LIE.
I'm counting on the bank to resolve this.
I will never, ever purchase anything from this store again. EVER.
Monetary Loss: $410.
