New ReviewerMenards will not honor the 11% they said they stopped the 11% when Black Friday started I had no advertisement that 11% stopped I did not buy anything Black Friday sale so I asked them to honor the 11% I spent almost $1,000 I do that all the time all my business goes to you I'm a general contractor and I send all my customers to you too because of the 11% rebate F Menards honor my 11% rebate I'll keep shopping there otherwise I may find another place to go
User's recommendation: Make sure the 11% is going before you shot they can end it whenever they want and you think you're getting your 11% rebate but you don't.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution hopefully the solution will say that they give me my 11% rebate back on my $800 worth of merchandise.

Don't you pay attention to their ads? The ad before Black Friday said it was their last 11% of the year.
Did you see the normal signs for the 11% while you were in the store?
It's you fault for not paying attention to their promotions. Unfortunately you made your purchases when the promotion wasn't running so they out you nothing.
When they have the 11% rebate again on January 2 ( continuously through late November 2022 ) ask the front desk cashier for the 11% price adjustment form. As you stated none of your merchandise was on sale so if you mail in the adjustment form along with the receipt they will eventually mail you a store credit for 11% of your purchase. Unfortunately most menards staffing would rather name call and insult customers rather then perform the job they were hired to do which would be customer service.
The rebate adjustment forms are for purchases made in the previous 2 weeks. A purchase made now wouldn't qualify.
