Contacting the general manager at Menards in Sterling Illinois is a joke they won't stand behind their product they steal your special order product and replace with junk that they have in the shells and when you call up about it they do nothing at all about it

It is the manufacturer that puts a warranty on a product and is responsible for it. What kind of special order are you claiming they stole from you?
