Window pane sent for replacement.
3 week wait.
3 return trips.
Could not find.
Found window, didn't fit.
Wait for re-ordered window.
-I- contacted Vendor arranged damages settlement which was RELEASED TO YOU IN DECEMBER 2015 AND NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT! $563.51
Now, Three Months Later, you send me A CREDIT CHECK THAT has to be SPENT IN YOUR STORE? NOT VALID FOR PAYMENT ON MENARDS CHARGE CARDS? WTF!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of menards shipping service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $563. Menards needs to "credit my account with the money you recieved" according to poster's claims.
