Been a customer for a long time. Ordered 3 26" barstools and they sent me 6 30" barstools.
They refuse to exchange and will only send a call tag to pick up and expect me to pay a 25% restock fee. Went back and forth with customer service and they hold firm. Guess I stop payment and resell all 6. These were $220 barstools!
How *** can customer service be?! I have gone back and forth with them via email because they won't call me.
They only billed for 3 and sent 6 and I tried to point that out to them. They have lost a long time customer!
