Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

After walking with my empty tank 3 times back and forth the entire length of the store, there was only 1 tank that was full and able to exchange and it was DISGUSTING!! Not one speck of paint left on it....all rust.

The rude girl said "it all works the same". Not in my bad yard! It was gross and and Menards should be embarrassed to even try to sell it. Got a refund with zero apologies.

Customer service girl needs a new personality or job.

You should take your signs down that says "propane exchange here". Obviously not a service you value.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
