Have not received my rebate check

I haven't received My rebate check since July 2022, and it is very difficult to contact a person and we were expecting our check by September

You don't mention having tracked it. Have you tried tracking it on their web site?

If they have mailed it, there is a good chance you threw it away when it came as they look like junk mail.

If it was mailed a while ago you can ask that they re-issue the rebate. You need to do all this on their web site, they don't have people to talk to you on the phone.

Menards is run by idiots

Your store managers suck and it is a direct result of corporate idiots setting the example. Wtf, start listening to your customers! The only company that has a CEO that is a bigger *** is Facebook and now Twitter. Absolutely done with Menards and will now give all my business to Home Depot!

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else, the 11% isn't worth it!
