I made an error in an order while shopping at for a bathroom faucet. I went to cancel the order right away and couldn't do it, because they don't give you that option.

Then I tried to call them to cancel the order, but no 1-800 number is posted anywhere. Then I sent an email request to cancel the order and never heard back from them. Now if the order ships I will lose a 25% RESTOCKING FEE because they couldn't bother to contact me. It is the worst run website and online policies I have ever seen.

Similar starts like Home Depot do not give you this charge. Last time I order from Menards.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

We ordered some Christmas lights that were supposedly in stock at it store. Well they were labeled wrong at the store so the order was automatically placed on backorder with no way to cancel it.

Pending authorization and estimated delivery date of 12/29. We called several times to cancel at the store but they said it was separate from online even though it was ordered as store pick up. The only way to cancel is to fill out some *** *** from online and hhope that someone will respond before the authorization goes through.

Which it should not unless we pick it up, which we won't. No customer service *** cheap and *** are these ***?


Actually, they do. Home Depot has a 15% Restocking Fee.
