I made an error in an order while shopping at Menards.com for a bathroom faucet. I went to cancel the order right away and couldn't do it, because they don't give you that option.
Then I tried to call them to cancel the order, but no 1-800 number is posted anywhere. Then I sent an email request to cancel the order and never heard back from them. Now if the order ships I will lose a 25% RESTOCKING FEE because they couldn't bother to contact me. It is the worst run website and online policies I have ever seen.
Similar starts like Home Depot do not give you this charge. Last time I order from Menards.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
