Menards - Bad customer service
Davison, mi. worst experience i have had in my life.
cashier told my husband she was closed then took me cause i was in a scooter and am handicapped..then stayed open after me I think this had something to do with us being biracial...did not get a receipt in case the stuff was not the right size so i went back in because my husband refused to. all i wanted was a receipt first the entrance desk sent me to the exit desk.. said they couldnt find it and i would have to go back in the same line and refund it and get her to ring it up again for a receipt. i looked at her line and she had at least 7 customers i asked could i just get something to bring back they very rudely told me no...i would have to wait...i went to entrance desk to return scooter without getting a receipt asked for a manager was told he was busy asked for phone number to corporate and was told i had to go back to exit desk....i simply returned the scooter got my walker and left.....i will never go to menards again.
i have never been treated so bad in my life by a store that stresses being friendly....this all happened on 10-6-16 in davison, mi. around 2:30-3:15 pm and it was at the 6 or less items register and both customer service desk.....i never got a receipt to show you even though i tried very hard....i do not live around davison but have a menards near me at home in livonia, mi.
i will not shop there either and plan to tell everyone i know how bad they treat you at your store....my email is ... williamskathi@***.net

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Menards Cons: Employees were rude and did not resolve my problems.
