contacted Menard's Washington, IL .....purchased an America Flag on 6/28......no problem....receipt and rebate info......returned again 6/29....purchased another flag...as those are the same ones we have purchased at the same store for a few years....today paid cash...no receipt, no bag.....no rebate form.....called the store....most UNHELPFUL manager ever talked with.....also "Charlie" was rather rude...so said we'll return the flag and purchase another one.....unable to do that without a receipt..not our fault....what was the person at the register thinking!.....we are in our mid 70's....and my husband of almost 53 years bought the flag.....he didn't really think we needed another rebate and didn't realize he had no receipt.....that's a guy thing!please respond asap....as we would like a rebate form...have one from 6/28....really think another is a reasonable request...would send both together! thank you in advance.....Bruce & Paulette Thompson...205 S Douglas, Metamora,IL 61548 phone 309-256-1945...email sdog@mtco.com

Its not an American flag, it's a made in China flag just like all the imported "Americana" cr#p sold at Menards.

Menards is set up for you to do your own bagging. The receipt comes out of the machine in the bagging area.

It's up to you to bag your product and grab your receipt. They can't just print out a new receipt at a later date or people would always be asking for them to claim fraudulent rebates.
