Rebate concern

10 weeks out on my 600 dollar rebate and cant get anything but running in circles from rebate center.

User's recommendation: Rebates are very long to get back. If you are planning a renovation completion with this rebate just know it won’t come when it’s supposed to.

Have not received my order

They have pushed my *** order back six times now I have contractors at my house waiting for a tub we ordered. No one can tell me anything about what is going on it just keeps saying your order is being pushed back.

Unfortunately they don't make bath tubs. They are giving you the expected dates the manufacturer gives them.

You are both at the mercy of the manufacturer. Is there anything they have in stock that might do the job for you?

Menards - I have a complaint with a front end Manerger
Im a regular customer at the Menards in evergreen. I went into the store to make some purchases.. I was asking about a price match offering.. I requested to speak to a manager the Associate, and the front in manager Leslie was very rude with me in the store and was poorly wit Assisting me .. I pulled up the items online for the price matching .. she continued to be rude and unprofessional in insisting me .. my contact phone number 312-731-**** it was for some Febreze air freshener they were cheaper at Walgreens I showed her the prof she would not honor the price and lied about contacting the store.. I called Walgreens In front of her she still wouldnt honor the price difference

Just get in your car and drive to the Walgreens store 2 blocks away. If menards is giving you a hard time with poor customer service than why support their business????

Rebate concern

I did not receive my rebate that had three rebate slips in the envelope. I mailed it in enough time for it to go through. Furthermore, I have never had any issues before.

Online login through menards app

There is conflict that has been created between the menards online app and the Capital one login. There needs to be a merger between the two applications that allow to shop and pay your on the one site. Instead of improving the process for menards customers you have made it more difficult.

They aren't discriminating against anyone. They require everyone to wear a mask if you want to shop in their store.

How does your medical condition prevent you from spreading the virus if you don't wear a mask? If you don't want to be socially responsible and do your part in reducing the spread of the virus just stay home.

Remove MY PILLOW

Please remove the item entitled My Pillow by Mike Lindell from your shelf. many other stores have already removed this item not to mention if you check the Better Business Bureau the pillows are rated horribly and need to be removed from the shelves of all stores

Masks

Went into the store in Williston North Dakota with my daughter and because of severe asthma I cannot wear a mask but was looking for paint samples and wanted to look at a few things and was completely denied entry.

I also have severe asthma and have no problem wearing a mask actually it's recommended with the extreme cold temps we have been having lately.

If you have such a hard time breathing covid would be especially dangerous for you. It would be best to stay out of busy stores if you are unwilling to wear a mask. Menards is doing the proper thing by requiring masks to reduce the transmission of the virus.

My daughter is tenyears old. I am not going to send her alone because of a stupid discriminating policy. Maybe you do neglect your daughter and let her go anywhere alone and set no limits, but I am not about to send my ten year old daughter alone in a public place without supervision.

You guys have to get a life, how long are you going to mandate this silly government inforst mask. Listen to talk radio, people are saying don't go to Menards, and I don't. Your staff is RUDE to your customers, that is why I will never shop there again. You know, we have a home Depot in town. Hope you sleep in the bed you made. D

Have not received rebate yet

hi I have two rebates that I am still waiting for I have not received and has been some time my boyfriend had sent out his the same time I sent mine out and he has received his a while ago I don't know where to start with this to get help!? Can someone please see where my rebates are one of them I know is about $30 not sure for the other one though but I really have been waiting for them patiently so I can spend them in your store I'm more items thank you! Mine have been taking 3-4 months. If you try tracking them they tend to show up in their tracking shortly before the post card they are sent in arrives in the mail.
