Rebate question

I purchased a pole barn with 11% rebate I was supposed to receive a rebate for $859.25 and after three months of waiting I got a rebate for eight cents. I am not upset I would just like the issue fixed and my rebate please thank you

Track light doesn’t work

Purchased 18 Patriot track lights this summer and my contractor just got around to installing them and one does not work. I tried to return it to a Menards store in Omaha but they couldnt find an order number. The tracking numbers are: 940551****032002****11 7804****7157 SKU - 349-****

Return issue

Number I was given to call was only for card holders. No one seems to want to help!Sad Wont take my return for a defective track light.

Even more pissed

The "phone number you had me call" was capital one credit card. You are hiding from resolving this and you don't care. Really let's me know not to shop here ever again

Complaint

I want to buy mineral wool from you and I need 10 bags. I can either buy 8 or 16. I want 10 this is not good customer service. 734658**** if this does not get resolved so I can buy 10. Then you will loose me as a customer

The reason you need to order in these quantities is that is how their vendor ships the product. On a item that they don't stock you will need to order in the quantities that they have to order in.

In this case, mineral wool comes shipped in bundles of 8. What do you expect them to do with the extra 6?

since 10/9/2020 when I mailed in three rebates I have been emailing rebates international the past three months providing photos of the three receipts all purchased at the Homer Glen IL store zip 60491. I receive a reply that they are backed up due to Covid 19. It has been three months, on a fixed income I plan on doing my purchase when eleven percent rebate is offered. Please look into this I am told that rebate international is contracted by your company, talking to other people they are also ticked and waiting. Thank you

I was supposed to be refunded for a delivery but the refunded it to someone else's card. I talk to a manager named Natalie and was treated horrible. I have the receipts and it shows our card number on the receipt but another card number on the refund. I was told I'll never get a refund for a delivery I didn't get.

Sent me wrong items, refused replacement or refund

Menards.com sent me the wrong items. After reaching out right away to get the problem solved customer service rep Britanny told me she was so sorry for the mistake and would get a replacement out right away. After a week of back and forth I get an email saying they won't refund/replace the wrong items as a 3rd party vendor shipped the items, so they were not taking responsibility. I either want the items I ordered or a full refund! BBB will be notified next and then my credit card company. Customer service rep was poor at best!

Return issue

Online purchase of furnace air filters at sale price, 6 were ordered but wrong size was entered, shipment was received, unopened and unused furnace air filters returned to local Menards, customer service indicated that they could not be exchanged for the correct size. The sale price during the sale was for all the high efficiency air filters.

Rebate question

I've not heard from anyone or talked to a customer service or gotten a reply by email or text regarding my issue. still not able to find out where is my Rebate that I filed in October 2020.

Follow the directions on the back of the rebate form. There is an external company that handles rebates.

Go to Rebatesinternational.com you can track your rebates there, to see if they were issued, if they were issued and never used, you can file for a missing rebate, if it was issued and spent, then it is possible that someone else received and used your rebate accidentally.

They look like a postcard, folded in half to hide your rebate amount. Hope this helps.

Rebate has not been sent.

Menards - Rebate has not been sent.
I spent over $3000 from Oct 2020 to Dec 2020. I have only received two refunds from Menards. One for 62.30 and the other for 9.05. Still waiting for $268.03 from them. The refund of 9.05 was the last one I sent in mid December.

User's recommendation: Put a tracking on your mail and make copies of the refund slips.

Rude people

I went to your Richmond Indiana menards store where a lady at the cashiers Her name is Kim is rude all the time asked me to put my mask up over my nose I said I can't breathe if I do she said I will not serve you I said I got one lung and your punk *** bitched Tim front and manager was rude I spent $90000 there last year more than I made for my living I mean there every day I guess I won't be anymore thank you for nothing

It seems like a person with only one lung would do everything they could to protect it. If you feel you can't wear a mask for the few minutes you are in a store the safe thing to do would be to stay home and do your shopping on line.

There owner of the company is protecting his employees by enforcing everyone to wear a mask. Just follow the simple rules and wear your mask correctly. If you can’t do that, then stay your butt home and stop spreading the disease.

Rebate issue

I was over charged and promised a rebate that I never received. I have called numerous times. When I came there to purchase a refrigerator the price on it was for 1499.00. After all paper work was done the sales lady said it's 2490.00 because it's last in stocks and I had to transport it and install myself. I taken advantage of.
