I purchased a $750 ground blind during a time when an 11% rebate was being offered. The problem I run into was that I was never emailed a receipt, although I paid for it online and it was being sent to the Menard's by my home in Fort Wayne In.

I got a notification from our local store near me and went and picked it up. About a week later I contacted our store for a receipt to apply for the 11 % rebate but was told I would not be able to get one from them, But could get a copy of the receipt or transaction at the kiosk by using the credit card i used to purchase the blind. I then contacted the main office who took my information and helped me secure the rebate. I learned a lesson and got to find out what a great individual Menard's has working for them in Guest Service (Brenda Garrett).

I would like to thank Brenda and Menard's for getting me my rebate as I received it this week. Thanks much Joe Burkhamer

this fee should be called "Penalty fee" instead of processing fee. Other department stores have both curb side pick up and instore pick up options for free. Why would someone pay 10 dollars Fee for few separate items that cost less $50. now it became worst even when we select the "Pick Up At Store - Menards Picks" option we are told to drive to the back of the store and wait in line by the special orders, where is the convenience or benefit for customer when it is faster most of the times to just walk in the store and pick up my items and pay instead of hassle of waiting and showing online receipts three times to both gate employee and cashier and paying the fee.

I had a very bad experience with Customer Service Representative Melissa and Manager Leslie on Jan. 1, 2021 at the Evergreen Park Store because I had an exchange on 2 different receipts.

Rebates not received

I sent a bunch of rebates in over the last 3 months and have not got 1 to this date. I figured you were backed up because you were doing rebates for a long period.

I have multiple rebates that I sent in I have yet to receive anything back the totals are a few hundred. The rebate receipt shows what I am eligible to receive back. I have pictures of all the rebates I sent in. When I check the site nothing comes up that theyve been processed. Some have been way over the 8 weeks. We do so much renovation work and use Menards because its closer to us. Theres no sense that we havent received not one but multiple rebates

They are way behind in processing rebates on every transaction made for months on end. Mine have been taking 3-4 months to come, not the 6-8 weeks they have on their rebate form. They need to stop the rebates if they can't process them in a timely manner.

I approached a young lady named Larissa at Menards, Mankato MN - in the plumbing dept. I asked if she knew about plumbing or just worked there- and she said worked in that dept. and was sure she could with a genuine smile. . And she was awesome. She answered all my questions, showed me options and knew where everything was in that dept. right down to the glue in the paint dept! Her outstanding customer service skills deserved recognition. Of course theres going to be delays, we're in the middle of a pandemic. If you really needed something quick order something from your country and don't put others at risk of infection.

I made an order and I submitted the order once. I was told it was declined for various reason, so I fixed what was wrong and resubmitted. Now I have 2 charges on my card for a single purchase.

After my bad experience with my freezer and the way I was treated. I went back and decided to ask questions about back order. I was told you have reorder. Why do you have to reorder when you paid for your item. They said cancel it and reorder it. That doesn't make sense. And you have to make arrangements to pick up your item. I am done with Menards..

Menard.com does not handle the credit cards. You have to reach out to Capitol One. You know, the one who actually handles the card if you look at it.

If your solution was to pay using a differnet card, maybe it was the card that wasn't working not the company.
