Forget the problems I had with the Fort Dodge people there's new people so let it go, as for the problem with no rewards a lady was picking up my mail was supposed to be giving it to me. She gave me the bills and Spence the rewards I'm about to two and a half years I haven't been getting them, she's been stealing the rebates and spending them.

User's recommendation: Rewards should be on added on the credit card or some card like that not through the mail when you're by it should be just standing there should go right onto a card to be spent in the next time you go.

If you want to know if an item is in stock just go to their web site and look. Posting on a complaint site isn't going to get you an answer.

Parts for router

Under warranty and will not send the parts i have been trying to get them to stand behind there tools

Most warranties for small tools don't call for sending parts. They either require that you take them to a service center or cover the replacement of the tool. Have you tried simply taking it back to Menards with your receipt for an exchange or credit towards another one?

Warranty on product

I bought a de humidifier and it stopped working. I took it back, and they honored the three-year manufacturer warranty that it came with and let me reselect a new one. The new one was only 40 pints vs 45 pints and I had to pay the difference as it was more expensive. So it cost me $28.00 more, but they did stand behind it. Thank you Menards.

Too bad the Chinese make dehumidifiers(and other cheap junk) sold in the United States based on a budget and specs provided to them by US Corporations. Would you go beyond the specs and budget set by your buyer?

You have the choice of shopping at a full service yard where they will load your product or a discount self service yard. You will pay more at a full service yard as they will have more employees to assist you and pay them better as well. You made the choice to save a few bucks so you shouldn't be complaining that you didn't get the service you didn't pay for.

The cashier put items that were sold in a different location upon check out. When I realized that I was missing the items (after I got home and unpacked my bags) I called the store. The front desk manager was terrible and said she would only review the video if I came back. So I went back and was told, "you checkout and took your items". However, I was not allowed to see the video, do not recall bagging the items, and they were not in my bags. I resent being basically told that was a liar and thief. I will be spending my money at another home improvement store from now on. *** MENARDS.

What do you mean "the cashier put items in a different area"? They scan the item and put them on a conveyor for you to bag. My guess is that you left a bag in your cart in the parking lot.

A Gm at the store I just got fired from fired for making a statement that upset an employee well now that Im not working there anymore my gm made a lot of inappropriate comments to me that I didnt appreciate and I was scared to say anything cause I was afraid that he might retaliate against me if I said something so I said nothing tell now and when I tried to talk to someone about this complaint no one has returned my call or address this issue for me

Hopefully you know they don't make them in the back of the store. Have you seen the news lately?

Shipping of imported products is a big problem. There aren't enough container ships to meet demand. There are ships just waiting to be unloaded at the ports and when they do get unloaded there aren't enough trucks to haul the containers. If you need a fan right away you are better off buying something from stock.

As you have found out, if a suppliers warehouse is out of stock there may be a long wait for it. Sure it has shipped from the manufacturing plant in China but until it hits the suppliers warehouse there is no way of telling you when it will actually get to the store as no one knows how long the backlogs in shipping will delay it.

Your customer service is very poor.

Rude associates, and even worst flooring manager named Richard, who hit me with one of the displays and didn't even say sorry, he got mad when I asked why he was not careful, I start recording him, and he called store manager assistant to get me out of the premises, gladly the assistant manager hear what happened and was going to talk to that person. I will avoid going to Menards, gladly I have a Home Depot less than a mile away.

Survey for watch is a scam

Menards had a Survey which I took and it promised a HealthWatch for shipping cost only after I talk to the representative that was doing the watch survey they wanted it wasnt they didnt want to they did signed me up for a food information program which was going to end up for several hundred dollars its a scam and theyre using menards name for it

Missing rebate

Are you aware their rebates come as a folded post card that looks like junk mail advertising? Very possible you threw it away.

If tracking shows it hasn't been cashed yet you can ask them to re-send it. Once you do you need to look at your mail very closely to avoid tossing it out again.
