My name is Holly and I actually work at the service desk at Menards, so I see stuff like this all the time. If you decide to use the receipt printing Kiosk, it does not give you the lowest sales price within 90 days when you print your receipt.

It refunds you the price that you paid for it. You will however get the lowest sales price within 90 days if you do not bring a proof of purchase with you. You should just keep a clear record of receipts if you pay in cash or with store credits because these are the only items we cannot lookup receipts for.

Additionally, if you would like help going through your receipts, you can ask your customer service representative for a SKU number. If that number appears on the receipt then that receipt pertains to that item.

Menards in Carmel, Indiana - Awesome Customer Service

Today I went in to a Menards on the North side of Indianapolis, Indiana. I had purchased two torche lamps at the same Menards about 2 weeks earlier. One of the lights had not worked out of the box, and the other had the cord destroyed by my dogs. I felt bad, and figured I would take the first one in to get exchanged and the second just as a referenece. The person at the returns counter was very kind in greeting me (there were two people there...one was Brandi and the other was a guy...Aaron or Andy or something) and explained that there was probably nothing that could be done about the one my dog chewed (which I expected). However, they offered to ask the manager (a girl named Laura) and she offered to do an even exchange. while she did not have to, she offered to help me, which really ment a lot. Lowes and HD would NEVER have done that. Menards is awesome and has won my business forever. All you complainers should really consider what you're getting. Menards is great!!!!

Today I went to Menards on Perryville Rd. in Rockford.

I was at the register all set to make a purchase and as usual I asked for my Military Discount (which I received the Night before at Menard's in Mechasney Park) and the Cashier had to call the Mgr. for a discount code and I was informed that Menard's no longer give Military discount.

I was shocked considering the night before I just received on. I left and will make my purchses at Home Depot and Lowe's because they support their Veterans and offer a Military Discount!

if one was right out of the box why did you take the second one in as a reference. you are a lier with no integrity. let me clue you in menards charged the manufacturing company for those tow lamps, which in turn because it sent the defect limit over too high, thus causing a chain reaction of six sigma, Kiazen or what ever process they used into action, therefore in the end, raising the retail cost of this item for all of us.

Menards website steal customers personal data.

I am on the menards web site looking through bathroom lights and found two styles on want to order. Suddenly my computers security software pops up with a message that Menards //sales.liveperson.net is trying to steal my phone number. This security warning informed that this sales department tried to get my personal information 5 times until I quickly exited the Menards web site to stop this action. I am so angry. Just think of the people who are on their website without any security and are having their personal information being stolen and don't have a clue of Menards tactics. I will not go back to this site anymore.

Menards is one of the worst hardware stores in the business. They never do anything they say they will do.

Order something special and as long as you pay first they will not call when it comes in. Waited 30 days and kept calling they said you dont need to call they will call when the order comes in. THEY DIDNT!!!!! I call again talked to a manager and was on hold for 20 min.

Then they said the order was in. I asked when it came in it was 2 weeks ago.

They are a bunch of kids with poor Managers. I am done with them!!!!!!

We did a lot of shopping at Menards early spring. With the anticipated 11% rebate.....Yeah well to date (12-7-17) I have emailed twice, they claim checks were issued and sent in July 2017 and November 2017 and to date have still not received a single check.

Total should be around $175.00 in merchandise credit we have coming.

The last time we had a project and were to receive the 11% off same thing, never received a thing. FALSE advertising and consumer FRAUD as far as I am concerned.

paying for the required work clothing isn't so big of an issue with me. I do find it petty that they give you a magic marker to mark the stock, and a rag to clean stock, and then require that you turn it in the spent marker or dirty rag in order to get a replacement.

I can understand the concern of employee's constantly asking for another marker, but how many markers is an employee really going to use at home? Unless someone's doing art work, a marker for regular home use should last an average person a year or more. I think a more efficient and fairer method would be to have their employee's sign for a marker or rag each time they get one. That way they could see which employee is using more markers or rags than the normal job requires.

It was suggested to me by management to furnish a small note pad so i wouldn't have to spend time hunting for scratch paper. I'm not planning on spending my personal money on usable materials to do the job more efficiently for Mernards or anyone else. If they want me to use a notebook, they will furnish one for me.

I believe in doing the best i can with what they give me to do the job. I give my best in labor and service to an employer.

Return- Menards

I bought a snowblower and 2 weeks later in broke. The Naperville store wouldn't return it and the manager was a ***- Brandon Kunkel. they made me drive to the store I bought for my refund. A band of idiots- will never shop there again. Would never shop there agian. No one knew what to do or what was going on. Left there and bought new blower at home depot - they are professional and know what is going on . menardsis a joke and i have told several people of the experience and they won't go there either-ok.
