Menards in Joliet, Illinois - $20.00 Rebate fraud
I just received a $20 rebate from Menards...when I went to use it I only got a credit of $5.50..The Menards store in Elgin,Il.(where i live near) told me that a $14.50 transaction was made in Fort Wayne, In.! I never have been there!!!I hope this matter can get straightened out before I lose faith in their rebates...The cashier had me sign it before I gave it to him,so I am not understanding how it was used without a signature.... He also gave my the card back,so if I am contacted by this program, I will have the bar code to read for proof of this incident....

Menards in Dallas, Texas - International rebate
I purchased a bicycle and never received the $30.00 rebate, in which I sent 2 times the paperwork and numerous e-mails, and nothing to my avail has worked. This has been going on since August of 2010. I am Pissed. Menards isn't any help, and neither is Elk Mound WI. I feel that my $30.00 is just out there in the wind somewhere and that I am never going to see it. My problem is that it isn't even money it is for store merchandise. Where is my check? I don't that is to much to ask?

Menards in Dayton, Ohio - Retained wall
Invoice # 053314 03/30/11 While the material was on sale . I ordered material to put up a retainer wall for a turn around. I gave the measurements to Menards store # 3240. The material was delivered and I did send some material back right away because I felty I did not need it. July time frame my son put up the retainer wall and I had 170 reta9ined bricks left over as well as four rolls of wall geogrid. I went to the store, 3240, with a return of supplies. The cashier, and two supervisors informed me that I had to pay return fees for material. I stated I felt I should not have to pay as they made a major mistake in caculations. I called the district manager and I recieved the same answer as well, ant that I had only three days to do so upon recieving the material. My project did not start till July--the store made a major mistake in the quanities I needed and now I have to pay for pick-up for their mistake. I do not agree and I am very upset with their mistakes. A could bricks, nbo problem, 170 bricks and 4 rolls of geogrid, not exceptable to me. I am paying for this tomorrow as they are scheduled to pick up the material, I am rteally unhappy .
