If you're really handicapped, your insurance will cover an electric cart. Its a big expense for stores.

Each of our stores has 2 wheelchairs in addition to the electric cart. Feel free to stop at the service desk and ask for a wheelchair and a team member to help push you around.

You have to understand that you're in the .005% of people who shop Menards, you can't expect them to make special accommodations. Its like if you were a 4' Little Person, they're not going to have ladders in every aisle to accommodate them.

Going into any big box store with an expectation more than "hopefully I'll get what I need" is your first mistake. Also, I just have to say that you must have no idea what real work is to complain about $70 to unload a bunch of pavers. Sounds like a bargain to me.

"...so for all you out of state people keep your valgar comments to yourselves..."

Shove your complaint up your whiny *** You mean like that? I could make them even more "valgar" if you like.

I wanted to buy a few items from Menards and found some great bargains. I wanted to pick them up in the store, of course on each and every one of them it would not let me ship to the store and pick it up there. My whole order was only $29 so why did my order come up to more than $56 when Menards put on processing charges , shipping charges, and sales tax.

What processing does it take to put it in a box? I'm paying for the merchandise. How greedy can you get? You don't allow store pick up and the shipping costs are nearly as much as the merchandise I wanted to buy.

Well I'm not going to do it!!!!!

I cancelled my order . What a way to do business.

Menards in Nashua, New Hampshire - Company Sponsorship

Not a complaint, but a disappointment. I live in Tipp City, Ohio and am a frequent customer at your store there. Menards is a large employer for a small town like Tipp City. I help out with the Tipp City Area Arts Counsel. We put on an annual free concert in the Tipp City Community Park. It is very well received, over 2,000 people attend. Following Menards policy, I have in a sponsorship form, looking for $100 to $500, and sent several follow up faxes. I can not get a response or a polite no. This is not the way to run a business. I worked for a little over a year at the North Kansas City Menards and Kevin Harrision is definitely the worst boss ever. He lied to me about my hours and he would harass some of the younger female employees by pushing his body against theirs when walking thru the aisle, maybe a joke to him but some felt sexually harassed but afraid to report it because of how he would react.

In some ways Kevin was fair and I have even seen him go out of his way to help a co worker.

But on the other hand he is arrogant and has horrible customer service skills and will take advantage of workers if given the chance. If you want a decent job then I guess Menards is ok but you would probably not like working at the North Kansas City store as long as Kevin is there.

No receipt returns give u the last sales price in the last 90 days since there is no way of proving how much u paid or when u purchased it. This is a service to even return it at all.

Everything can be tracked by the barcode on your receipt. Since your son returned it without the receipt there is no way to link his return with your original receipt. How dare u think youre better thsn anyone else and above the rules of a cooporation especially when it was you and your sons irresponsibility to go and accept the refund without bringing a receipt! i bet youre also one of those people who start screaming at the poor 8.50$ worker behind the counter who a just doing their job.

You should be embarrassed of your own irresponsibility and shop somewhere else.

Believe me menards will go on without your business. Have a nice day!

Menards in Carrollton, Texas - Screwed up my landscape project

On Apr 21st, I ordered 400 retaining wall block and 400 cap block with a delivery date of Fri the 27th between 9am - 12pm.(at the store) On Apr 22nd I ordered another 350 wall block and was told I would receive them 27th also. (by phone) On Thur the 26th at about 12:15pm I received a call from Menards saying they only have 187 peices to deliver on Fri. Now I'm not only out of a day pay for work (I took off Fri), I have 6men@8 hrs labor cost, and they can't even tell me when I will receive the complete order. But the worst part is that I never even got an apology, I only got "we didn't do the original order", "product is on the way here on the truck" Needles to say, I will NEVER do any busines with the Eden Prarie,MN "Superstore" which is 5 miles farther than 2 Home Depots from where I live..rovide as much information as possible, you will not be able to edit your review but you will be allowed to add on to it if you create an account during the submission process.

Nothing for nothing NEVER start a job unless all the material is on the job site.Especially if your paying employees. And most of all your buying your material from a home center !
