Have you tried tracking your rebates on Menards.com? If you haven't used their rebates in the past you may have thrown them away thinking they are junk mail. They come as a folded postcard with advertising on the back.

READ THIS! The website Pissedconsumer.com is a horrible, terrible definition of the website world.

AVOID using this site at all costs. I have spent days trying to get this review that was NOT intended for Pissed Consumers but Menards. (FYI-this is the first year they made a line that started WITHIN the store move outside. I had already stood in line 1 hour before we realized that they were going to make us stand in the cold for another hour.

I got sick because of this).Back to Pissed Consumers, you cannot delete your reviews unless you jump through these horrible tasks that take DAYS to accomplish.I have sent a CEASE and DESIST letter it has gotten so bad.If anyone reads this-don't use this website!!!! These "people" are SHADY af!

This message is in regards to the Traverse City Menards in Michigan. The staff and manager informed me that the cold, unheated line per corporate instruction was to wrap and go outside into the cold without any heating. The degree to which the biting cold would impact anyone with health issues is disconcerting and distracts significantly from being able to shop comfortably at this location. It’s also upsetting that many who gather into this line do not realize until they have waited over an hour that they will be then forced to endure another hour outside in the frigid temperatures. I do not know why a manager cannot make what to me seems an apparent logical decision to simple weave the line to the heated outer wall aisle. I would like a response by Menards corporate into how they will be rectify if a solution that to me seems obvious. Desirae D*** D_**13@***.com

You willingly chose to go out in the elements over greed? You do realize you are a sucker right? Black Friday deals are only the start of th e holiday sales. I feel no pity for you because you willingly chose to do it.

You could have returned later in the day but then whatever idiotic cheap plastic item you wanted MAY have been sold out.

The best deals are literally ten days from Xmas. No pity for you sorry.

No one made you wait outside in a line. It was YOUR choice to get to the store before it opened and wait outside your heated car in a line of people that can't miss a low price. You could have waited at home till a little later in the morning or even better yet shopped for all sorts of deals on-line.

Then send their Corporate Headquarters a letter explaining their complaint since No-one from Corporate reads complaints posted on pissed consumer. Their contact information is either found on this website or on their website.

I made three attempts over a two week period through Menards website and preferred method of contact in order to return unwanted merchandise. They do not offer any live contact. I found a phone number on Google and got an office person who confirmed that I had an online order. She then transferred me to a voicemail instructing me to send an email. I did so, that would be the fourth contact. Then I found pissedconsumer.com and used that route. I'm not sure which of my requests or the pissedconsumer request they responded to but Menards finally emailed me and provided a return shipping label, which is all I was looking for. I will not shop there again.

I have not received my online order

Said Id be e-mailed my order confirmation after purchasing my item on Menards.com and never received it, which in turn did not allow me to have a copy of my order number for tracking purposes. My bank was charged and I still have not received my order and have no way of telling if its coming or not. I ordered on May 1st and its now May 30th. Any help would be appreciated.

Complaint and how I was treated in a store

I went in to the Menards located on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis. I do understand that we are going through a pandemic however the store has not had any disinfected items in the last 2 months. When I asked one of the associates working the area about this she was extremely rude stating "do you see any". I just turned and walked away, as I can do without the negative criticism from the employees. I do understand that you want the store employees to be safe, however as far as the protective mask and the disinfected items are concerned I believe that those should be made available to the general public as well. These necessary items when they are arriving to the store or being pick through by the store staff and the general public aren't being given the opportunity to purchase these items. I find this to be a wrong practice as I have always shopped at Menards, during this pandemic this is giving me second thoughts. I find it very hard to believe that Menards it's not receiving bleach, Clorox wipes, Lysol and protective mask. Menards is too big of a store to be skipped over and not receive these items.

How many other stores have you found disinfectant products at? I haven't seen them at Target, Walmart or local grocery store either. Doesn't surprise me that Menards doesn't have them.

Yeah well if you would have bothered reading the first part of the post about the employee conduct you would have understood what the post was about. Just because the store doesn't have it doesn't give the employee the right to be rude. what if the customer reacts in a different way, who's going to be wrong in that situation.

You start with complaining that they haven't had them for 2 months and you can well expect employees are tired of hearing people asking for products they obviously don't have as the shelves are empty. You then go on to accuse the employees of grabbing the product before customers can buy them.

Do you actually expect that all retail stores are allowing their employees to grab these products before they hit the shelves? Yes, there is some product being used to keep the stores clean but you'd complain if they weren't doing that as well. You will also find a lot of these supplies are going to medical facilities and first responders as a priority over retail shelves.

Cut the retail employees some slack. You should be thankful that they are willing to work and keep the stores open.

Just keep your comments because I am one of the first responders thank you very much. So I'm out here every day doing this as well but I would still like to have some stuff for my home.

This would be like me having to respond to a call for help, but when I arrive I'm mad at the people who called. No one is forcing you to do that job you're doing it at your own free will if you don't like it quit. But do not take your frustrations out on your customers or citizens.

Hospitals and medical facilities do not buy from Menards they receive their products from medical supply facilities such as Henry schein. Word of advice do your research before you try to respond to someone else's post.

That is Menards policy as it is in many other retail stores across the nation. Why don't you just be a responsible citizen and do your part to reduce the spread of the virus by wearing a mask.

Say goodbye to Todd. Menards policy for defective appliances is to pass the buck to the independent delivery service if the item was damaged otherwise the customer needs to call the 1800 number to schedule service of the brand new appliance. If Todd allowed you to exchange a defective appliance for a new one then it's adiós Todd.

Project center

I went to the project center for help the guy helped me and gave me two options. He said I could just order on line when I decided. So I did. Well part of it was delivered to the store and the other was delivered to my house. Well the items that was delivered to my house wasnt the correct things so I took to menards in Princeton,indiana and told them the guy had me order the wrong thing. He had me to order ledge corners not regular corners. They charged me 245.00 restockIng fee which I dont think is right cause I just order what they told me. I need to talk to someone higher and not sure who to contact

When entering store approx 11 am, I was confronted by a Security employee that informed me if I didn't have a mask I needed to purchase one at a desk or I could not come in. I turned around, went to my car and put on my mask that I have to wear to work. He addressed me by " Yeah that looks better ". Yes , I was annoyed and asked him where was a sign or why isn't it in the media that masks are required , not just suggested. He informed me that there didn't need to be a sign or any media and if I did not like it I could go shop somewhere else. As I walked past him he continued to comment towards me. I almost left but knew exactly what I wanted. I never cursed or used foul language to this young man. And absolutely could not believe his behavior. I am a 60 yr old white woman. I am a manager for Belle Tire. Several times while inside I thought of finding the manager, but decided to wait until I cooled off. I will not go back into that store ( which is close to my house ) until this addressed. I know I am just 1 customer and this man was probably not a Menards employee. But he represents Menards. I also understand things are very tense. If I or one of our staff ever addressed a customer the way I was treated , we would be unemployed.

The Menards stores in my area (St.Paul, MN) all have signs at the entrance to the store announcing the mask policy.
