tankless water heaters are special order. I have gotten nothing but bad reviews from customers about tankless water heaters.

We don't sell many because they aren't as good as a standard one. Maybe you should do some research yourself instead of expecting a salesman to spoon feed you something you could read off the brochures that are literally right next to the (wait for it) display of a tankless water heater.

Can anyone guess what LH in product description of a tub / sales receipt / guest copy of an order stands for? derp.

You could have double checked the price tag you were looking at too, since you obviously bought the tub off a part-timer. You could have read the box.. If a customer came in and said i'd done that, I would get demoted / fired.

I bet this guy pointed at a tag and said "i want that one"

if they double checked to make sure you had the right thing, they would have read LH or RH right off the sheet.. im pretty sure you failed at life

Richmond water heaters are bad news! Bradford white heaters far exceeds Richmond in quality and service.

American water heaters are good too. Stay away from Richmond water heaters!

Cosmetic appearance isn't important, It's when the gas valve is not functioning properly from the factory, why do they build them so poor? menards is pretty poor when it comes to service, I blame management.

A word of advice, no mater where you make a purchase don't accept the delivery if the product is not what you ordered. Send it back and have them bring the correct product.

Once it's in your home stores will try to convince you to be happy with what you have.

Once had a furniture store try to leave a pink chair at my house because it was on the truck and mine wasn't. Send them packing and tell them to bring the right product.

I have to agree with Heartless, and commend him for not name calling like Mean Man Marty does. Common sense tells most of us that only buying enough for half the job on purpose without securing the rest ahead of time was foolish.

Menards in Dulles, Virginia - Mr.

Placed an online order with Menards. Options were as a guest or as a "member" and i chose the guest option. I entered all shipping information after ordering $3,200.00 in equipment. They took all my credit card information and i "finished" the order only to be then redidirected to another page requiring me to become a menards member. when i (after an extensive search for their phone number) called menards, they told me they dont allow customers to talk to anyone. they refused to tell me if i had placed an order or not (and at this point i still have no idea whether or not i have.

The manager at the Cheyenne store is a rude ****. He walks around with a beanie on looking like a ***.

He acts like it's a prison sentence to talk to a customer. I will never go back again.

Such a ****. And it is a learned behavior by the employees as well.
