Rebate status

Its about the rebates that i haven't herd anything about i sent them in 3 months ago and ive sent numerous email and no response ive spent well over$50,000 with menards and plan on spending just as much in the next few years i have around $400 in rebates i sent in just wanna no what going on thats all and i can't get a answer please respond. Price gouging

Check on there web site they advertise the item but say it unavailable we checked Lowes web site for same product and it was 1/2 price Lowes didnt have everything so called Menards they told us that they had the boards we needed it was first come first serve got there went to lumber section and they told us they didnt have any changed his tune when we told him we called and talked to someone and told him what or phone conversation was they must get paid a good wage to lie to customers and charge more ( a 2x6x8 at Lowes is 7.25 at Menards its 13.00 ) and why is lumber a shortage

Menards costumer service. On Saturday, I went to pick up 30 8ft. Cedar boards for decking around our water gardens. I was provided adequate customer service in purchasing the boards. I was told to drive around the back for loading the boards. The customer service in the lumber yard was not one bit helpful. I was told to take a right and the board would be down a ways to your right. I drove the truck forward but had to get out and ask specially where I might find them amongst stacks of lumber. He pointed to the stairway and said the 8 ft. Cedar boards are on the 2nd level. I asked him how I was supposed to get them down. He told me to carry them down the stairs. I told him I couldn't physically do that and he said he could get a fork lift and I could put them on the fork lift. He also told me I should let him know when I have the 30 boards loaded and he will drive the fork lift to my truck. I asked him if I could get some help loading and he told me we don't do that you must load them yourself. As luck would have it, the 8 ft. Boards were on a shelf above my head. I'm not a big person and I had to monuver each board back and forth to get them out and onto the fork lift. I'm also not the person I used to be working on our family farm. The entire time, the employee sat on the fork lift and waited for me to finish. Each board was heavy for me and I had to breath thru a mask. I needed to pull down my mask twice in the process to get a deep breath. When I completed loading, I went down the stairs and the employee drove the fork lift to my truck. He proceeded to watch me as I loaded the truck. He did help me shut the tail gate as there was no way I could lift it. I was infuriated under my breath and doubt my grandson or grand nephews or nieces would treat an old grandma like that. I will not shop at Menards again unless it's the only place I can get what I need. I might not even do it then.

Order shown as picked up by customer "I never picked it up"

In order that with a special order at menards for Dutch lap siding was placed I never received any phone calls at the order was at my storeto pick up... They recorded it on June 3rd as being picked up in full by customer I never received this order or any product in this order a $350 order that they said I picked up and for they never refunded me my money and then they fraudently recorded it as I had picked it up without ever calling me once.

Put order in

Receipt says arriving tomorrow

Call store ask what's going on and we're told FedEx (or whoever you use) has already left so we're too late

Want our $15 back because we would have gone up there to get it if we knew it wasn't coming that night transferred to manager says they'll call back should have just given us our $15 back at this point

No call

Next day we call says again they'll call back once again should have just given us our $15

hours go by no call

Call corporate you can't do Bullshitreceptionist says we need to go through gm of store first

She at this point should have taken care of us I said are you telling me you're corporate and you can't give me my $15 back....bullshit even corporate is useless

I needed to speak to CS regarding an order placed online. I emailedcthe supposing CS email address and it came back and said that is not correct.. All the tel. #'s that come up are not for CS. Frustrating! Back to HomeNo Depot for me.

Poor example of service

On my visit today, while barely touching my mask, I was abruptly told to wear it properly. I understand the concern some businesses have concerning COVID 19. Even though I have a medical condition that hinders my breathing certain times of the year, I am happy to comply. However, I have been in Menards 3 times and have been immediately corrected about my mask while watching employees either moving their mask to speak, taking their mask off completely, or not having a mask at all. This has even occurred while I was in uniform and on duty as a police officer. In another incident I was standing within ear shot of a manager and a vendor, neither of which had a mask. I understand many businesses believe this mask order to be an enforceable law. Even to the extent as to call it a law in signage, but it is not enforceable by any law. But, if Menards stance is that this is an enforceable law I am happy to speak with my department about enforcing employees wearing mask as well and customers. I'm sure my frustration is understandable. it is difficult to be barked at about a run that is allowed to be broken by employees. Menards has the right to refuse service and maybe this is what needed in my case. Thank you.

I SEEM THE SAME PROBLEM AT MENARDS BUT IS AN BIGGER PROBLEM AT SAFEWAY STORE ON FORT HARRISON . THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD NEVER WEAR AN MAST AND SHE DOESN'T CARE IF SHE GAVE IT TO OTHER.

THE MANAGER ALSO AGREE WITH HER. THIS CASHIER IS AN *** AND IS MEANT TO CUSTOMERS

Kicked out of Salina store when I told them I had multiple disabilities I was swarmed by employees for not wearing a mask and keeping my distance from other people. I had to explain my disabilities and my hearing aids alone were not enough not counting my PTSD and anxiety from combat deployments your manager took off his mask and started yelling at me to get out of the store.

Having disabilities doesn't prevent you from catching and spreading the virus. If you don't feel that you can wear a mask to help you from spreading the virus please stay home to protect others in your community.

I purchased an item there and had to exchange ittwice due to bad quality. I was asking questions regarding just a refund other item and both the sales clerk and manager dismissed my question. I found I to be very rude. After much frustration I just decided to take the credit the were offering and leave but also asked for customer service number upon leaving. I wanted to write down names to both individuals woking and the manager handed me her pen and begins to tell me "just so you know I chew on my pens" so I threw it aside and asked for a clean one. She gave me another one and said I dont know if it's clean but I didnt chew on it. How in the world is this okay????

Wow, it must be hard to hire people with more than an elementary school education. The manager at our store was also rude & had absolutely zero customer service skills. I contacted Corp about my issue & they don’t care.

Several things to consider. Did you track your rebate (easy to do on their web site)?

Since this is the first time you shopped at Menards you may well have received the rebate and threw it away.

The rebate comes in a folded postcard with advertising on the back. If you don't look closely you wouldn't realize it is folded and toss it in the trash thinking it's a junk mail ad.

In store credit lost

I bought with cash and return it after I lost the receipt. The teller gave me a instore credit and I miss placed it so I was wondering if their was a way to look it up by my driver licenses to get it replaced.

25% restocking fee

We were in the process of installing a stacking washer/dryer for our cabin and decided to purchase from Menards in Rice Lake. Our installer went there to purchase the appliance but found they were out of stock so my husband went online and placed the order. Originally he was told it would not arrive until the end of August but then the date was changed to some time in September. Two days later our installer happened to be in a Menards in Eau Claire and found they had the unit as a floor sample (that he purchased for us). When my husband tried to cancel the order he had placed online he was told there would be a 25% restocking fee. Are you kidding me? If both stores were out of stock (except for one floor sample) it is highly likely with store would have welcomed an extra appliance coming in to fill the void.

The minute you hit “submit” on your order, it was already in process. Stop shopping at big box retailers.

The delayed deliveries is part of the shipping from manufacturer.

Shop local, pay more and don’t be cheap. Or open your own store.
