Ignition Coil Review

Piece of ***. Didn't get 3 months out of it. It runs for about 5 minutes and dies. Losing spark ignition coil bad. Bag tore first time I used it and the plastic guard brakes if you breath on it. Thanks for nothing.

You are not buying it "AS IS" as you claim. You bought a product with a warranty that calls for repair rather than replacement.

9 of 10 problems with a gas powered product are the fault of the consumer using old gas, not mixing the oil properly or not following the starting directions...None of which are covered under warranty and you would be charged for the service shop telling you what you did wrong.

If indeed there is a problem with the product it would be repaired at no charge under the warranty. Take responsibility as a consumer and understand what the warranties and return policies are for a product BEFORE you buy it.

Home Depot is not better. I purchased Echo battery series of battery operated lawn mower, blower, *** eater and chain saw as the interchangeable batteries were a key advantage.

After two charges the batteries stopped working on the lawn mower.

Home Depot refused to exchange the batteries for the lawn mower and blower. I am now returning the un openned equipment and have to deal with the manufacturer

Menards - Delivery Manager Review from Saint Louis, Missouri

Went to the store in Ofallon Il to get suppies to build a new porch. Spent 2 hrs trying to find white vinyl railing. They have nothing in stock. Wanted stones for a retaining wall. Not in stock. I got mad and said I was going to Lowes where they have things in stock. The delivery manager chased us down and started yelling at us. How unprofessional can u get. I'm the customer. If I'm not happy with u I don't have to spend my money there. The manager then told us not to come back! That isn't a problem. We will never go back! Have never been treated like that in a store! That manager should be fired!

Menards - Disrespectful Customer Service Review from Chicago, Illinois

Menards has no respect or appreciation of women customers. Was at the Morton Grove, I'll store today and wanted to ask a questio regarding hard top gazebo (not an inexpensive item). Went to one of the free standing help stations (that's a joke) and the guy turned around and said What do you want? I turned, left my cart with items in it and left the store and went to Lowes. Money paid by women goes toward your salaries just like the money paid by men.

I know what you mean, I hate when I go to ask someone a question and they ask me what I want. They must really hate women there to try to help them.

He should learn, next time he should just stand there and stare at you with a blank look on his face until you start talking. How dare he ask what you want!!!!!

ACCESSING THE MENARDS BIG CARD WEBSITE TAKES OVER AN HOUR IF AT ALL

Each time I attempt to access the website, it always take me to another site and on and on and on. Under its web address, it just takes me anywhere, as now I am double pissed. Menard, for God's sake, have a person that knows what they are doing to set up your website to be customer friendly. I still haven't paid my bill - guess again I will have to walk into a store. WHEN I am not at home it takes me to the nearest store when all I want to do is to make a payment. if a new web site is implemented the customers who use the web to pay their bill should be notified, don't you think?

It is lazy people like you who make me hate my job at Menards (I am in the process of looking for a different job) so many times people come in to ask where something is & I specifically tell them, might I add I am on a register & I cant leave my register otherwise I would show them where its at & then they respond "Oh thats way on the other end of the store I am not going to walk that far" And I even had one guy tell me to tell my manager that a certain product should be closer to the door so customers dont have to walk so far to get it. So *** dumb. People suck.

What happens when the phone calls are made and they say a new door is being shipped out and it never shows? I bet you would wish that they had done it on paper so you don't have to go through the hassle of reexplaining again? Sounds like accountability and keeping a legal record to keep the manufacturer honest to me.

Menards in Saint Louis, Missouri - Hot Buy ***

I made a special trip to Menards to pickup a garden hose timer that went on sale yesterday for $24.98 only to find out that they only had two to sell in the St. Louis region and those were long gone. After talking to the department manager and assistant store manager they could only reference the ad which said,"while supplies last". Translated that means, "Hi sucker, come in for something we don't have (but at a great price) so you will buy something that is not a great price" I guess integrity is something Menards just does not stock.

It sounds like your life is over now because you didn't get this timer. I'm sure Menards is more pissed than you are because they under estimated the demand on this item. Best advise to your is to move on.

If you see an ad with a hot price that says limited to stock on hand get there as soon as the sale starts. If you can't get there right away call and see if it is still in stock before you go to the store.

It's no different than a black Friday 5 hour sale. Many of those items are gone in the first hour.
