I had same problem. Menards doesn’t cover anything after starting it.

How are you supposed to know if it even works? Never buy anything with an engine. The shearing pin keep breaking. I had to fib it, and fix it and four more time I fixed it.

Now a brand new one sits. JUNK

I purchased a new earthquake lawn edger was told by the cashier that a replacement plan was additional 24.98 fine I purchased the plan and was informed if anything happened to the product to return the item and it would be exchanged however this is and was a lie product the engine locked up took it back and was told I have the expense at taking the product to a service dealer and my plan is nothing until the manufactures warranty expires took the product back the same day what a joke don't ever buy a replacement plan at menards on their power tools

I don't know any appliance store that has a trial period on appliances. Who wants to buy them after you have used them for a week or two?

They would have only taken them back in the 1st 7 days if they didn't work and needed repair...not because you didn't like them.

Do your research before you buy, check the consumer magazines, read reviews. The newer washers all work differently than they did 5 years ago due to the way they use less water.

The issue is not with menards turtle speed service but you as the man of the house failing to provide proper dining conditions for your spouse and your children. Shame on you trying to blame menards for your failure.

Regarding the faucet I ordered in June 2014, when the estimated shipping date was past, I had to contacted the vendor and informed them that the order was cancelled by us. I also contacted Menards who then wrote back that I was stuck with the order -- apparently no matter how long it was going to take.....

and they didn't think I could cancel since they had placed the order with the vendor. Apparently Menards is just a middle man on line with no inventory of their own. You even have to do all the communicating with the vendor!!!!! For this "do nothing" position they take a cut.

I would strongly recommend to anyone not to do business with Menard's online. I fully intend to take this bullying up with my credit card company and refuse any later shipment.

DON'T buy doors from menards! Unless you want to deal with these kind of problems, your better off paying more at lowes or Home Depot, at least customer service exists at those stores. Mastercrap doors have got to be the worst door in Amerika.
